Bongos - can I make an ADR?

Want to try Bongos during our trip in April. Cannot remember if I can call WDW to make the ADR. If not - how can I?

No you cannot make ADR's thru Disney for Bongo's. I'm not sure if you can make reservations through the restaurant though.

Just an FYI. I had considered eating here before most recent trip and did a search here. Every posting I could find was negative. After reading all of them, I elected to go with Plan B.
