Boneless, skinless chicken breasts...

:Pinkbounc I eat chicken breast 7 days a week!!!!!:p I either cut them up in small strips and put in a salad, or cook whole.

I put Lea Perrin Worchesterhire Sauce, Kraft Balsamic Vinigrette,Grill Mates Montrel Steak Seasoning, Salt w/ lots of Pepper.put this on both sides , cook in small fry pan w/ a little olive oil, maybe 5 mins. on each side, (depends on size of breast). Enjoy!!!!!!!!very delicious!!Let me know what u think!::yes:: nana2tots

I make something we call Mexican Chicken
cut up in cubes, brown in pan, throw on some salsa a continue cooking until done (very tender if not overcooked), then throw on some grated cheese (montery jack, or mexican mix) and put cover on pan until melted. I usually serve it over rice.

Soooo what did ya end up making?

OK, I hate to admit this (ha ha look at my tag ;) ) BUT....

DH worked WAYYYYYYY too late that night  so to get even, I gave him the plainest, dryest chicken breasts ever!!!

I do have to say, I love your recipies, and I will be trying them all out very soon! It'll be so nice to have some variety!
