We have bon voyage booked on our animal kingdom day at 730 am is this going to be more a hassle traportation and and how it takes ??

Yes, it's kind of a hassle if you take Disney transportation (bus to DHS and walk/boat to Boardwalk.

Much less of a hassle that time of morning if you take a taxi/Uber/Lyft/Minnie Van. Or if you have your own car.

If you are driving a vehicle or using a car service, it is not too bad, but if you are using WDW transportation and not staying at one of the Epcot area resorts, then it can be difficult. You would need to take a bus to DHS and then walk to Boardwalk. There might be a bus or boat, but I am not sure that early.
