Bon Ton..Have you ordered from them?

I'm looking for a Michael Kors purse that my DD wants for Christmas. The color she is wanting is sold out in the stores and online but I have found it online at Bon Ton. I don't know anything about them and was wondering if anyone has ever ordered from them. Since it is an expensive purchase I wanted to try and get some feed back. Thanks!!

We have a brick and mortar Bon Ton here so we order online from them all the time since we can return to the store. They are reputable and ship fairly quickly. Look for coupons (although the purse may be excluded it doesn't hurt to try). And if you have ShopRunner it's free 2 day shipping and free returns online even.

Bon Ton is a higher end retailer in my area. Their Flagship stores are BOSTON STORE, CARSONS and BERGNERS to name a few.
YES, they are reputable.

Never had a problem with Bon-Ton online shopping. We also have a Brick and Mortar store so returns are easy. Before you purchase make sure you can return the High end items like MK, Coach, ect. They may have stipulations regarding those items but am not sure.

I ordered from them once because they too had something that I needed that was sold out elsewhere. The items came in excellent condition. I have shoprunner and I had to spend $50 to get free shipping which I thought was annoying as shop runner is a paid service, but otherwise no complaints. I've had success with them, but only when there wasn't a problem with the order. When there is a problem, their customer service is useless. Won't do anything to actually fix a problem - and I'm talking about problems where THEY messed something up. They do everything they can to try and deflect the blame to any other party they can think of.

yep, only one order, and they messed it up, sent the wrong size, and when I tried to get the size I wanted, not available. They did let me return it to the store, but I won't order again.
