What is the best thing to get at Boma? What is the most different? I have heard great things about Boma, but I will be dining with some skeptical eaters.::yes::

I can tell you breakfast is amazing! They have the best corn bread ever and the sausage casserole thing is to die for!

Trying dinner in Oct

I love the soups they have for dinner. They are fantastic. Boma is by far our favorite buffet at Disney.

I ate quinoa there for the first time, and I liked it so much, that I use quinoa all the time at home. At Boma, they serve it kind of like a hot cereal like oatmeal or cream of wheat, but it's got a nutty sort of flavor. It's really good for you and a complete protein.

My favorites; creamy she-crab bisque, butternut squash soup, curry coconut seafood stew, prime rib, fufu, and zebra domes.

DW & I really loved the soups...they had five different soup options, and I loved their lamb stew....DW doesn't eat lamb, but loved the ginger carrot soup & we both agreed the coconut milk seafood medly was delicious....I also liked the tamarind bbq chicken, and DW liked the hummus assortments.....DD1 ate a variety but her favorite were the zebra domes, and DD2 ate anything that was put in front of her (although she did seem to favor the corn/pepper salad). Only thing I didn't care for that I tasted was the avocado/mango/papaya/grapefruit salad, but that's because I didn't read the grapefruit part and didn't really care for that flavor added in.

A lot of people love Zebra Domes (a dessert). But there are some out there that don't find them to be anything special. I liked all the desserts they had.

I loved the carrot ginger soup. I want to make it but my mom thinks it'll be gross (she didn't try it when she ate there).

My mom loved the prime rib. She said it was some of the best prime rib she ever had.. and she said it was actually cooked (she hates it when she gets prime rib and its still really red).

I'm really excited to try the breakfast buffet though!
