Boma- What days do they serve what?

We haven't been to Disney in over a year. I need the current menu schedule so I can make sure we show up on the right night for all our faves!

We have gone to Bomas many times and I believe on Wednesday and Saturday they serve the Ribs. If you like Ribs, these are the days to go. One time we went on Thursday and asked about the Ribs, ... couldn't believe it but the head cook came out w/ a platter of Ribs for us, decorated....what a big surprise.

That also happened to us but with the Butternut Squash soup. That's my son's favorite soup and was disappointed when we arrived and it wasn't 1 of the 5 soups they served that night. The waitress said that they always have it in the kitchen even though it's not out. So she brought out 3 bowls and seconds for my son!

I am so happy to hear this. I just posted this very question about 30 min. ago. I was so sad when I realized that our dining night was not a butternut squash soup night. I was so looking forward to it. I knew that Boma made it for the Mara, so I was wondering if maybe they could serve it. I will definitely keep my fingers crossed!
