I'll be at WDW at the end of June and decided to add one more TS dinner to our lineup of food - but I am having a hard time choosing between Boma or Saana. We will be heading there for dinner. I am a little bit of a picky eater so both are a more adventurous option for me. Right now we're leaning towards Boma because it's a buffet and we currently don't have one scheduled. Just looking for some other opinions that can help me decide :)

We love both!
But in your case, I would probably go with Boma- it's probably a little more bang for your diningcredit and there will be plenty of things for you to try. Some of the dishes are adventurous but definitely worth trying! With a buffet, you can take a little of everything and just not eat it if you don't like it. You will definitely find something that you will like.

We absolutely love Saana. The bread service is a must do and they have a good range of items on the menu. The servers are really helpful with helping you navigate the menu. I would recommend looking over the menus to which one has food items that appeal to you. I know many people enjoy buffets because it gives them the opportunity to try many different things, especially if it is something new and different.

While Sanaa rates very, very, high on our list of favourites, in your case I'd opt for Boma. At least you've picked the best buffet on property! Be sure to try a couple of the soups. They're wonderful.

Boma because with a buffet you can try small bites of so many different things. With Sanaa you're taking a big chance of spending more than you would in the outside world for food you might not like at all. At Boma there are many unique choices but also plenty of very basic Disney food offerings so you know that nobody in the group will go away hungry.

I've been to both many times and prefer Sanaa. The menu is offers a wide variety of items and the bread sampler and dips can't be beat. Boma is good as well, but I think Sanaa's food quality is higher quality. This could be due to their not having to prepare it in large quantities in such a short amount of time like at Boma.

I love the food at both but think Boma may be the better dinner choice for you if you are unsure. Neither are super adventurous in terms of being wildly spicy Indian hot. In fact, I think you'd really have to ask your server for advice to find the "hot". Both are much more savoury than hot. But since Boma is a buffet, you get the chance to sample a little here & there to try new things but can still fill up on a nice carvery and salmon. The fresh fruit and desserts are also very good. Boma is the home of the zebra dome. If you get the chance to fit it into your schedule, try Sanaa for an OOP lunch. Just get the bread service. While many love the butter chicken, the full bread service appetizer is a highlight of the restaurant. The seasonal kulfi dessert is also very, very good. You probably can't go wrong with either place :)

We love both but our family would definitely be classified as adventurous eaters. I would recommend Boma for picky eaters. A great opportunity to try some new tastes but if that doesn't work for you it is possible to fall back on simpler foods.

I'd pick freshly prepared foods and the animals views at Sanna over a buffet any day

Thanks everyone, really helpful replies! We have scheduled in Boma - can't wait to try a zebra dome!!
