The night we were there they had about 80 items on their buffet. The generally have a couple of meat dishes (Prime Rib and a Marinated Flank Stead), a fish dish (a salmon), Bobatie, which is a hamburger quiche (and very good). They have some really good soups. And then a whole bunch of side dishes - rice dishes, couscous dishes, salads, fruit, potato dishes. Finally, they have an extensive dessert area.
We were a little disappointed - I think I'd heard such raves that I was expecting better. But it is a very good buffet, and the AKL - if you haven't been there - is worth a trip to see.
