Boma question

I have been looking at menus and see that on the Boma menu concerning the meats, say "may include". Does this mean that the meats change?

I am wanting to try the Prime Rib on this buffet, I hear it is wonderful. I would hate to miss it if it is on a specific night.
Any help would be appreciated.

I believe they do change the meat selections from day to day. We've had the prime rib at Boma and the whole family LOVED it.

At one time I heard that Boma had switched from prime rib to another cut of beef--still tasty, but not pr. Someone here will know the skinny.(If I may use the word "skinny" in a thread about prime rib):earsboy:

It is my understanding that Boma is no longer serving prime rib, which is a real tragedy as it was among the best I've EVER eaten (and I'm quite the Foodie!). I was there last week and they had NY Strip roast, it was good, but not as good as the prime rib. I have also heard they are now carving a pork loin at other times.

When we were there in February there was no Prime Rib.:sad1: They were carving NY Strip, I believe.

Oh no!!! I was so hoping that I could experience it. I guess I will just have to hold out hope, we aren't going until the end of Nov. :sad2:
