We just got back and did Ohana the first night, Boma the second, and Marrakesh in Morocco the third. We'd never eaten at the latter two, and while we liked the food at Boma, we all agreed (me, DH, and DD age 8) that Boma was our least favorite of the three. The other two are just so heavy on atmosphere, and yes, if you time eating at Ohana right, you get to see both Wishes and the Electrical Water Pageant during dinner. We love Ohana and go there on every trip, so naturally there's some bias -- but the feeling you get there is just magical, and it's like coming "home" for us.
In fact, we had the same waiter that we had 1 1/2 years ago, and he remembered that DD fell asleep at the table before the caramel pineapples were brought out. When we first were talking with him, he turned to DD and said "So, princess, going to stay awake for dessert this time?" For us, Ohana is not just about the food but about the experience. Boma felt like a buffet. And it is a buffet, but still... another point too, we ate at Boma at night and when it's dark, there's no animals to see out the windows, if that's something you're looking for.
