Hi,

We are driving down to Disney on Saturday. I made two ADRs for Sat. night, not much was available. They are for Boma and Captain Jacks. Which one would you recommend?

Oh, and my 3 children are 9,8,and 6.

Thanks for any input.

Been to both and like both. But since you have to pick one it would be no ? BOMA :thumbsup2

I personally have never been to Boma, but have been to Captain Jack's several times. I would suggest going to allears.net and having everyone look at both menus. Decide which menu is more appealing to everyone and go from there I guess.

Boma is my favorite restaurant at WDW. While the food seems exotic the tastes really aren't. For example, couscous is not that structurally different from semolina pasta. When I lived in Florida I would often meet friends there and while they did usually started off skeptical they all loved the restaurant by the end.

As far as kids are concerned, they do have "normal" food for kids (mac and cheese for example).

If you are a coffee drinker, the Boma press pot is the best on property.

I have never eaten at Captain Jacks so I can't say Boma is better but it is my favorite.
