Once upon a time there was a post that told the rotation of the different foods on the buffet at Boma. Does anybody know what they serve on each day of the week for dinner?

All Days have the same Pods One (Assorted African Breads), Two (fruits), Three (Salad fixings) and Kids' Pod (Chicken, fries, pasta, mac & cheese).

Menu ONE: Tuesday, Friday

Is it just me, or is Sunday missing?

I will be there on a Sunday in March. All I know is this ..

Sunday is a hodgepodge of the various menus. We went on a Sunday--they had carrot ginger soup, but a lot of the other things on rotation 3 weren't there.

Not on the Sunday we were there (DH was waxing poetic about it at our Friday dinner), but you can never tell. I don't think it's a set menu on Sundays, but I don't know.

We were there on a Tuesday and that menu sounds about right, though they also had some sort of crab soup. The only salmon they had was the tamarind and it was YUM!!

We will be dining at Boma on a Tuesday. Can everyone give me their favorite item on Tuesday's rotation? Anything "not to be missed"?

The Curried Coconut Seafood Stew and Butternut Squash Soup are both out of this world.
Hope you enjoy your meal. It's one of our favorites!

is it possible that something was left off the bottom of Menu #3? It looks shorter thatn the others (no salmon or pork loin or comparable item???). THANKS!
