Boma:
Never tried it before, but we thought we'd check it out based on the rave reviews on here. Overall, it wasn't great. We would go back, but would definitely NOT make a point to go back.
First the good stuff: the buffet was presented well, and there was a wide selection. I see why parents like this place because there was a whole nuggets, mac & cheese, etc.... section for kids. One member of the group has a dairy allergy and asked about the soups. A chef came over and talked to him in detail about what went into each soup. I tried all of the soup and they were all great.
Now the bad: the place was jammed packed with screaming kids. Yes, I know this isn't the fault of the restaurant, but the acoustics are terrible. It was a struggle to hear what anyone was saying. The food was OK, but I wasn't overly impressed. There were some tasty things, but nothing that even sticks out. The service was terrible. Our waiter was lost. It took us 45 minutes (really) for him to get our bill straightened out: 2 people in one room on a dining plan, 3 people in another room using only the wine option from their dining plan. It took 2 managers to get this straight.
Kouzzina:
Wow. Let's repeat. Wow. This place is now in the top few on my list at Disney. Yeah, the facilities look a lot like they always did, but the food is absolutely amazing. I had the Lamb Shank and it was literally falling off the bone. Everyone in our group of 5 was impressed with everything. We tried the Brick Oven Bread, the Avgolemono (chicken soup), the Oak Fired Pork T-Bone, and the Lamb Burger. Wow. Wow. Wow. The service was outstanding. Our waitress made us feel like we were the only ones she was taking care of that night.
The bad: Uh..... they told us that Iron Chef Cat Cora had been there for the Grand Opening, would be there for the Food & Wine Fest., but generally wouldn't be spending much time there.
I'm ready for more Cat Cora food!
