Does anyone know if Boma has Ethiopian food? Injera (a bread served in Ethiopia?) My DD is adopted from Ethiopia and I would love for all of us to experience some of the food.
Thanks

No, they do not have injera, but they do have a variety of breads suitable for dipping. I can't say any of the dishes I've tried there are really the equivalent of Ethiopian food I've had in other places, but there is a wide variety of stews, soups, veggies and roasted meats that are kinda close in terms of texture and some of the spicing. I think you'll enjoy it anyway!

The food at Boma's is great - but not ethiopian. It definitely has a more northern african/middle east sense (thin crackly flatbread with different types of humus, lentil dishes, ginger and cinnamon spicing, roasted meats) but not quite the rich stews of ethiopia.

But the soups are great, the salads wonderful, and overall something for everyone!
