Boma entree schedule??

I know that Boma has three rotating entree selections. Does anyone know which entrees are served on which days of the week? Getting ready to make a PS for our July trip and I want to go on a night when the flank steak is served .

I don't have the list, but I can tell you that prime rib instead of flank steak was on the menu Thursday, June 5. Last summer, we had ribs there on a Sunday -- they were not on the Thursday menu either. The yummy curried chicken soup was on both menus. After having a so so meal there last summer, we thought Boma was back up to its original standards.

Bump.. Last time we were there we missed the flank steak too.

I believe the Flank Steak is served on Tuesdays & Fridays.

This is when it's served now, but I guess they can change it at anytime??

jdaa1 - Boma has Ribs on Mondays.

musicmom3 - They either have Pork Loin or Prime Rib (or both) on Saturdays, but someone else might be able to confirm.

When you say ribs, is it only ribs? No roasts or anything like that? I have a PS for Wednesday for birthdays and thought we'd be getting prime rib because I saw it on a menu.
