I have read many people talking about how the desserts at BOMA are some of the best. We did eat there in Apr 2006 and I don't remember anything sticking out as "that good." Maybe, I missed something or they have changed? Or, is this just in comparison to ther buffet desserts? This is the only disney buffet we have tried.

I didn't think the desserts at Boma were all that. My favorite was the flourless chocolate cake--that was very good. But on my second visit, I knew not to save too much room for dessert.

I've eaten at Chef Mickey's and Crystal Palace in 2004 and 2007, as well as Boma for dinner in 2007.

Personally I thought their desserts were fine to bad, and desserts were much better at Crystal Palace and slightly better at Chef Mickey's. I even hated the beloved Zebra Domes at Boma. They were cold, squishy and soft and tasted bad. Just not my thing. DH and I each took one bite, forced it down and threw out the rest.

I think that those raving about the desserts probably love  the Zebra Domes.

Zebra dome lovers, probably love eating at Boma with me, more domes for them!

I agree with Tricia. The desserts at Crystal Palace and Chef Mickey's are better. I think the only thing I really enjoyed at Boma was the Chocolate Crunch Mousse thing. After the hype of the Zebra domes on here, I was a little disappointed not to like them. It's fine with me their deserts are only ok, more room for soup.
