Boma at end of breakfast time

We have a possible reservation at 10:30 at Boma on our MNSSHP day. I know the breakfast hours end at 11am. Is all the food left out just going to be the leftovers? Or do they continue bringing fresh food until the end? Just trying to decide if we should just cancel and hang at our resort that morning instead.

It should still be fresh. We always book between 10:30 - 11:00 on departure day, have a leisurely meal, and have yet to be disappointed with the breakfast offerings.
