I had trouble too. It seems to take a while for the program to kick in that you have to download in order to print the coupon. If you're having the same troubles, try waiting a while after the download and try to print again.

I had to install software before I could print my coupon. The info about the required download came up automatically when I attempted to print at first.

I should have mentioned in my earlier post that I purchased mine at the Walmart in Fort Erie ON. The cashier asked a manager to look at the coupon before he would accept it, but the manager said it was OK with just a glance.

Got mine and used the coupon...WalMart didn't have any of the $18.97 left but they honoured the price on the DVD with the comic book that was selling for $24.83...paying only $13.97 for that was pretty cool!

Thanks to the OP.
Used it twice this week. On Tuesday with Trade/ Save at Zellers. After using HBC points it was $10. Bought another DVD for a birthday present for $14.

We finally got it to print & used it for the Bluray at the Walmart in Oshawa. Btw Bolt is now one of my DD's fav movies and she isn't even 2.

We drove over to the US side and bought a Blu-ray copy at Target, they have it on sale $26 with the coupon, cost me just $16!! And it includes both DVD and Blu-ray version!!
