We have a ADR at 4:45pm at BOG and I was wondering what is the average wait time to be seated? Also, how long does dinner take?

Last week we waited 10 minutes to be seated. And dinner took around an hour. No dessert though.

You go straight in then queue for a screen or CM to put in your order - probably only 10 minutes each time we went. We were allowed to seat ourselves but on leaving did see people being shown to tables each time. Probably only 10 minutes for food apart from one breakfast that came out very slow. Have done breakfast and lunch but not dinner.

Dinner is different. Dinner is like a typical table service restaurant. No screens, and you have to wait to be seated.

It is very nice and I highly recommend you try dinner.
