Looking to book BOG for dinner Nov 30-Dec 2. Logged in as soon as the 180 window opened and no times show. Any help or suggestions on how to get these important reservations?
You can try breakfast. We were under the 180 day mark when we booked out trip and I was able to get a pre park opening BOG breakfast reservation with no problems. Other then that I have heard people suggest just keeping an eye on things as other people make adjustments. You can go as far as look the day before you want to go. People are more likely to cancel 24 hours before or they would get charged a fee.
I logged in at the exact minute the 180 day window opened. All the reservations are already booked for Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I guess I will just keep checking and hope someone cancels.
Same for us as previous post. We couldn't get one either at the opening of our 180 day window. We were able to get one a few days later. Just keep trying. You can also try to call 407-939-3463. We also logged in at the exact minute of our window and BOG was the very first thing we tried to get. Try try again.

Same thing happened to me. I had a bigger window of time to work with so I got one later in the week. As others have said, just keep watching and something may eventually turn up. I think I've read that checking at the 45 day mark can help because that's the last day people can cancel their packages without losing money. But it is very disappointing just the same.

1) IMHO, no reservations are that "important".
2) As for possibilities,
. . . try at the 45-day mark
. . . try after 10:00pm the night prior when people cancel
You might also try at the 60 day mark when people can start making their FP+ reservations and start moving their ADRs around. If none of the suggestions posted here work for you, be open to other experiences and you might find something that surprises you. Don't forget the monorail hotels have some really nice restaurants. We ate at BOG once and while it was nice it didn't really live up to the hype (at least for us).
I wasn't able to get anything at my 180 day mark either. However, I kept checking and within 2 weeks, I was able to find multiple dates/times with availability.

Good luck. How many of those night are party nights? BOG dinner is the smallest of the 3 seating and the slowest turnover. You're also up against people who've booked Thanksgiving week and weekend. My relatives are coming just before you (Nov 29- Dec 6) and were locked out of it for dinner as well. Definitely try every few days, and at the 60, 45, and a couple weeks before.
I might recommend watching the cancellation thread too on here... great success there for Ressies i wanted already! ... I couldnt get a few on my 180 day mark back in May and checked there and had success
Keep checking even if it means 20 times a day, eventually you will find an opening. Things open up all the time and also blocks of times are added randomly. I have noticed this especially when it gets closer to the trip.
Yes, keep checking the cancellation thread. And keep checking the site. I've been on it non stop since being shut out at 180 days, and just got a lunch res.
Does anyone know if BOG is self seating for lunch? I've asked a couple of places but no answer yet...
