BOG without reservation

Do people still line up to get in to BOG? We have only been once, way before reservations were accepted. Currently I can't get a reservation (waited too long) and I was wondering what the chances are for getting in for lunch. When we went the last time, we started waiting around 10-10:30, and it did take about an hour.

I know it's not really worth "valuable" time to wait for a dining place, but I really just want to know if it's still a way to get in or is it highly unlikely?

Does Disney give all possible seats to reservations?

I think it is probably unlikely, but with that said, I would continue to try to book your meal. People will be canceling the "extra" ADR's they made
