We haven't eaten here in a very long time. When we last ate there for lunch it was in the beginning and I did the online order before hand but it didn't work and we had to order from the Kiosk. This time we have lunch ADRs again and will do online ordering again. Hope it works this time. Since it's been awhile can someone tell me where to go to check in and then do they still take you to the room where the kiosks are if you've ordered ahead or do they send you somewhere else? Any help is greatly appreciated.

If you've pre-ordered, you will be directed to the "left line", which may not even be a line at all. Once inside, you'll go directly to a cashier...verify your order and pay...then go find a place to sit and wait on your food.

Up to 30 days in advance of your ADR.

I doubt I will be ready to order 30 days out, probably wont even be ready to order 1 day before. Is there a cut off time/date to how close to my reservation I can pre-order?

You can, but the other restaurants are a different system. You have to pay by credit card. You can’t use dining credits or discounts.

When we went this past May, we ordered ahead. We were directed to a different line (as mentioned above) that led us straight to a cashier inside. She gave us the rose marker and confirmed our order. Then we went and sat wherever we could find a seat and waited for our order. Very fast and very easy. I think you have to place the order within 24 hours but I'm not confident on that. I had the braised pork at our last lunch there and it was my favorite QS meal that trip. Highly recommend it!

You can place your order anytime before you head to the restaurant. They don't prepare it until you verify and pay at the cashier.
