Is it better to make a BOG reservation for lunch or dinner? I snagged a 12pm reservation but now I’m concerned we’ll be too full to enjoy rides after? Is this a thing? Am I putting too much thought into this? Help
I've never done it for lunch, so can't compare, but we always schedule for the evening for that reason. We are always so full we don't want to move. But everyone eats differently!

Yes, I think you're putting too much thought into it However, I would probably make a dinner...as close to closing as possible, so that the reservation doesn't cut into a ton of park time...especially given the already very limited hours.
Considering most of the rides at MK are pretty gentle, even the roller coasters, I don’t think being too full for rides after would be much of an issue unless you have an extremely sensitive stomach. I’d say avoid spinning rides and the mountains right after lunch, but something like small world or haunted mansion should be totally fine for full stomachs.
It is a lot of food, and also will take up time if that matters to you. Maybe try a late dinner, and if you’re up for it the last possible res can be fun! The parks don’t close all that late, and you can be in the park sort of by yourself after dinner.
We have only eaten there at lunch, but I didn't think it was too much food.
I wouldn't schedule a roller coaster type ride immediately after, but I was fine to ride Peter Pan and similar rides.
