BoG lunch question

Does anyone know how customizable the meals are at BoG for lunch? My dh would like the braised pork but he isn't a fan of mushrooms. Would it be possible to order it without mushrooms? TIA!

I would not think that is possible, mainly because I think it is an inherent ingredient in the dish.

My braised pork awhile back was like crock pot pork loin. My guess would be those mushrooms were part of the sauce it was simmered in.

You can always ask when you check in, but I think other are right it's in the sauce.
