BOG lunch - GF experiences?

I managed to get a BOG lunch "reservation." Yay! However it made me preorder meals with no allergy options that I could find. So I have two questions for the always knowledgable DIS crowd.
1 what are the GF lunch options for adults? (hopefully it is not just the pork as that is another allergy)
2 how will changing our order work when we get there?

Luckily cross contamination isn't a big issue for us so worse comes to worse, we'll take apart a sandwich...

I didn't have to order when I made my fp+ selection. There was an option to order now or order when you get there. Maybe you could cancel your current fp+ and redo it? If you are worried about not getting the day/time you want again I'd just speak with someone when you check in. I've read on a post somewhere on here (there are so many for BOG and fp+) that people have been successful in changing their meals at check in. Hopefully it works out for you!

Sorry to ask this but do you get this option when picking your fast pass selections for rides or do you have to do it through dinging reservations I guess if their all taken they won't come up as a option.

You have the option to pre-order or not.

I pre-ordered but will adjust the order when we get there, I heard you could do so. (hold the horse radish please!)
