BOG Kid's Menu

I have been trying to book a reservation for BOG for an upcoming November trip, however our party has 3 kids, 6, 8, and 12. The kids menu options seem pretty limited to me, is there really no pizza, or chicken tenders available for kids? I'd hate to finally get a reservation and the kids won't eat anything.

Anyone have any advice on dealing with kids who are picky eaters at BOG?

No, the menu is what it is. They don't have secret stashes of pizza/chicken tenders.

I would get ale cart items like the fries. For lunch, I have one daughter that eats the turkey out of the sandwich and the other eats the rilled cheese. I bring my own peanut butter in case they are still hungry. I understand your situation. I have kids with sensory issues on the spectrum and have limited diets. Did you look at the lunch menu to see if it is more appealing to them?

There are scores of restaurants in WDW with pizza and chicken nuggets, BOG isn;t one of them.

The turkey sandwich is huge. I can't eat it all myself. I'm not sure if splitting meals is allowed, but if it is, could you split that with her (if she likes turkey) it comes with a ton of fries too. Oh and don't forget a dessert, they are some of the best. The eclair is to die for, as is the triple chocolate cupcake.

BTW, my kids like the grilled cheese and tomato soup.

I know there are other places that serve chicken nuggets and pizza, it would just be really nice to visit and look around the "castle".

Thanks for the suggestions about bringing your own snacks and ordering a la carte. And I for one would definitely be looking forward to the dessert menu.

Breakfast is also an option if that menu has anything that looks good...enjoy your trip!

My girls had the pasta with marinara and cheese. Everything came in small separate dishes and they were able to make their own pasta. Simple but they loved it!

I know how to deal with it and have done so the last 2 years. My son has a food allergy and he is SUPER picky. He wouldn't eat anything on the kid's menu and it would be a waste of food. We have only gone at breakfast and lunch (at breakfast he does eat the donut item). At lunch, we buy him a QS kid's meal at Pinocchios and bring it in. No one has ever said a thing to us and the rest of us get to enjoy our meal at BOG.

Same here. My kids are picky and would not normally eat meatloaf. I enticed them with the cool shape and surprise surprise they both loved it. You can swap out fries for the veggies or order an additional side.

Yes - I just get my picky eater something somewhere else. He still enjoys the atmosphere at BOG.

How about the pasta, cheese, and marinara dish?

Or having the kids split the Croque Monsier (a really good grilled ham and cheese sandwich)? It comes with fries. Depending on appetites, you may want to get 2 for the 3 of them. Add a cupcake per kid and you've got a meal.
