BOG gluten free lunch items?

We have a BOG lunch reservation for upcoming May trip and can pre-order in April. Does anyone know what gluten free offerings they have for lunch?
I'm also not sure how the pre-ordering will work with an allergy. Or do I have the option of just ordering when we arrive? I called Disney and the woman I spoke with said I just have to note my allergy (which I did when I reserved) and the manager will come and speak with me when I arrive. ???? I've had many gluten free meals on our past trips and know the drill, but this pre-ordering thing has me stumped since this is our first BOG reservation.

Between my son and I, we have a list of 30 things to avoid (including gluten) and have eaten great lunches at BOG. Because of our long list, I've never tried to preorder but once at the ordering podium, we tell them about our allergies. With only top 8 allergens, you can add them in the screen and it will eliminate what is unsafe for you. My allergens extend beyond the top 8 so they always have a chef come speak to me and handle my order. I'm sorry I can't help with the pre-order but I can assure you they are equipped to handle gluten free requests upon arrival with ease. Enjoy your meal!

There is an option to mark allergies when you pre order.

I've done gluten free at BOG for lunch and pre ordered.

Since our date is in May, our pre-order date is April 3. When you mark allergies when you pre-order, do they give you a menu with gf options to choose from? I guess I could just order when I get there, but was wondering what the gf menu looked like.

They will give you only gluten free options.

Or at least that is what happened last year, when I did it.

I had the braised pork served with mashed potatoes and green beans. I had the lemon raspberry cream puff. Everything was delicious.
