BOG Fastpass, how and when

I hope someone can clarify conflicting information I've found. For BOG Fastpass lunch reservations. Some info I've found says that you can only get BOG Fastpass if you get an email invite, other info states that all you need is your 12 digit reservation #. The only reservation # I have contains numbers AND letters (I've read that this is not the # to use). Please tell me how I can make reservations for BOG and does it indeed start 27 days out?

I'm staying at CBR Dec 12-20, 2014.

There is a thread under the Dining Reservations section that should get you all the answers you need! Go right to the first page of it and boom!

"Be Our Guest Lunch Fastpass...." - it will be near the top of the list.

Hey there! The number that you need I found on the magical express tags that I got with my travel documents from wdw. I also got an email invite for it and followed that link. Good luck!

How long before your trip did you receive your ME tags? I've read that they're mail out 2-3 weeks prior to arrival, that does leave much time to book BOG if the booking window opens 4 weeks prior to when you want to eat there. Keeping my fingers crossed for an email!

We were 25 days out when we got them in the mail. Can you tell we are excited? Not counting or anything...

I was directed to another thread that gave me all the information I need on booking BOG Lunch FastPass.

I completely understand your excitement! I'm already counting the days and we're 105 from our arrival How can anyone not be excited about a Disney vacation? Thank goodness for this site as I think I'm annoying friends and coworkers by talking about my vacation
