BOG Dinner Reservation Question

I have 3 reservations (party of 2 @ 9:30pm, party of 4 @ 9:35pm, party of 4 @ 9:30pm) for Be Our Guest for dinner. Will they allow us to combine the 3 reservations so that all 10 of us can sit together? Thanks!

Maybe, but there is really no way to know until you check in and ask. Since combing your party would make for a very large table they may not have any available (although your late reservation time would probably be helpful). They may at least be able to sit you guys at 2 tables rather than 3.

Have you tried calling the reservation line and asking if they can combine the 3 reservations? Seems like it might be a possibility, since you already have all the seats reserved within 5 minutes of each other. Might be worth a try at least.

Unfortunately that isn't how it works. The reservation system is based on table size. Currently the OP has reservations for a 2 top, a 4 top and another 4 top and not a large table that will seat 10. The phone reservation castmember cannot combine the reservations unless there is a table for 10 available, but since they see the same availability as the OP, she could check online and if a table for 10 shows up, book that.

To the OP: When you check in you can ask to be seated together, but there's no way of knowing if that will be possible until then. With late reservations it seems like you will have a better chance unless you are going at a very busy time like Thanksgiving or Christmas - New Year's when it might be busy even that late.
