BOG Dinner Reservation...can we make it to Wishes?

We have a 7:20 ADR for BoG and Wishes is at 9pm. We'd like to watch from the front of the castle for a better view and less noise (I understand it is lounder from behind the castle and our 2 and 6 yo kids will not appreciate that!). Any feedback on whether that is a doable plan in that timeframe?

Um, maybe, but it'll be tight, is the most likely answer...Be Our Guest is known to run behind schedule in terms of seating. Once seated, I'd say a meal takes between 60-75 minutes depending on the number of courses ordered, how busy the restaurant is, etc.. Then you have to allow time to meet the Beast (if you want). All-in-all, I'd guess a meal takes a minimum of 90 minutes at BOG (seating, dining, and meeting the Beast). So, if you're seated on time and eat quickly (and if need be, forgo meeting the Beast), I think there is a chance that you'd make it out for fireworks.

Personally, I'd look for times closer to 6:30 pm to give yourself some cushion. I wouldn't want to spend the meal looking at my watch and worrying about making it out in time to find a spot in front of the castle.

That's what I was afraid of. 7:20 was the only option when I booked at 180 days out. I'll keep checking in case there is a cancellation, but otherwise we are kind of stuck and we will hope for the best (fingers crossed).

If you are unable to find another reservation, I highly recommend checking in early as it is always possible they could seat you earlier.

Good suggestion...we'll have that as a back up plan. So frustrating b/c if Wishes was at 10 like it is the week before and the week after we are there, this would be a non-issue!
