BOG Dining Rooms Requests?

Is there a way to request a certain dining room in BOG? Our last trip we didn't know any better and were seated in the West Wing. Although the food was good, my father had trouble reading the menu and my daughter was terrified of the special effects. Essentially, none of us really enjoyed the meal and I would rather that not happen on this trip. Can we make this request? Is there a place we can make a note to sit in one of the other 2 rooms? Do we ask at check-in?

If you are going for breakfast or lunch, you can pick your room. If you are going at dinner, yes, you would need to request the room at check-in, but expect a longer wait if your original table was for West Wing and they need to change rooms to accomodate you.

The Ballroom has a much larger capacity so when you acheck in, ask the host/ess if you can be seated in the Ballroom because of your previous experience with the West Wing. Most likely they will be happy to accommodate you since more people want to be seated in the West Wing. The third room, the Music Box room, is often not open during dinner, but you could mention that either the Ballroom or the Music Box room would be good.
