If I have a PPO for 4 at BOG, could we just order one meal and split it?

Yes. Be aware that meals are pretty small and come with only one beverage.

We shared 3 meals between five of us and it was plenty, but I think 1 shared between 4 might be pushing it unless two are small children. All five of us are adults.
