BOG Breakfast to Anna and Elsa

I've seen a lot of chatter about getting to Mine Train in front of the rope drop crowd after a pre-opening ADR at BOG, but what about getting to Elsa and Anna instead? When we are done with breakfast, how close will they allow us to get back toward A&E before park opening? Has anyone had a successful experience doing this?

That's what I am planning on. Wasn't able to get a Fastpass for A&E.

I ate at CRT and everyone that ate there was first in line. We were so close to A&E.
