BoG breakfast reservation question

I have a 9:15 BoG reservation. I googled to see if I’d be allowed in with the PPO reservations, and found a Q&A on the Disney Moms Panel that said yes, you should be able to get in early and the respondent had done so herself.

I’m just seeing if anyone can confirm or deny the accuracy of this?

Our reservation is on my sons birthday, so I hope it’s true for that little extra magic for him!

Everyone is let into Main Street one hour before opening.

You will not be allowed to head to the restaurant earlier than park opening
