BOG Breakfast QS vs TS

I'm currently looking at BOG where I've reserved breakfast during our trip. I noticed on the website that it says it accepts all dining plans for breakfast and lunch. I thought that was only meant to be QS? Or is there a difference? Or is it that you can choose to use a TS credit if you don't have a QS credit?

BOG is QS for both breakfast & lunch, and goes to TS for dinner.

I think that language refers to the different types of dining plans out there (for example we have the QSDP this time but had the one that includes TS too previously: both kinds can be used there as payment)

That’s not what it means, but, yes, you can redeem a TS credit for a QS meal.
