I have two questions regarding BOG. My DD and I have two lunch reservations here first week of September (one on Monday, then one late lunch that Friday, and we're on the free QSDP!). I've never eaten here. I've seen a post regarding one guest tipping a small amount at lunch, and one guest said it's a counter service so no tipping (since the essentially drop off your order at your table, but you get your utensils and drinks). How many of you tip here?
Breakfast is now available, so we may book one breakfast here (we're not usually the type to go out to breakfast, rather grab a roll in the room). For the dining plan, this one though is a good deal at $19.99 per person normally! I've heard that if you book for one person, you get the same pastry tray you'd get for two people. I know this sounds tacky, but my skinny little DD loves pastries! So I was thinking of booking her and me two separate reservations, so we'd get two pastry trays. Yes, tacky, but we'd take them with us for snacks later on. Has anyone done this?
