BOG Breakfast - Cupcake?

Hi!

I was able to get a pre-park opening ADR for BOG on my upcoming short trip. When I went to pre-order the meal it let me only order the Master's Cupcake without actually ordering a meal or drink. Will they really let me do this?

I love the cupcake so I'm thrilled, and this fits in great with my plan to eat small things all day so I can try a bunch of different stuff instead of eating huge meals. None of the breakfast meals really call to me from BOG although there are a couple that are ok (but pricey at $24!)

Any thoughts? I'd hate to be forced to order a meal I don't want especially when the cupcake is what I actually do want!

You do not need to order a full meal. A cupcake would be fine.

You are free to order as little or as much as you want at BoG. Enjoy!!!

Thanks everyone! I'm still looking at the meat and cheese plate - it sounds really good. I have already pre-ordered the cupcake that I want, but if I choose to add the meat and cheese plate can I do that once I get there? I guess they probably aren't going to turn down me ordering more food. Sorry - I'm kind of new at this!

Also - if I can get an early Crystal Palace reservation instead, I will drop this one so fast! Crystal Palace is the place I really want to have breakfast. Just can't seem to get an early reservation - nothing before 10!

The meat and cheese plate was not impressive- just my opinion. Good luck finding the ADR at CP you want. Look the days coming up to your date! They always pop up.

I want to order food but just to see if it let me it accepted only a Mickey straw. Really wonder if they would say anything to walk up and pay for my straw and leave.

Nope, they wouldn't bat an eye.

This is why I say order a Mickey straw for a party of 8 and call it good.

The food is meh.

Yup, I read that they stopped serving breakfast at one of the counter services places in Epcot for the same reason.

Said CS opened at 9 and didn't offer PPO. There was no advantage to eating there, save that you could rope drop Soarin' then get breakfast.
