Body temperature??

I don't know if this is just me, but I am cold!!!

Maybe the extra fat was keeping me warner - like an eskimo, but my temperature is more liable to fluctuations now, and on a cold rainy day like today - I have to have the heating on -in the middle of MAY!!!!

Hee hee! It's not just you!!! DH was saying that he feels chilly at work lately, and he is down about 13 pounds right now. The benefit to that is our bodies will have to work harder to keep us warm, so more calories burned.

And who are you kidding? We all know it only gets warm for a week in England, and that's some time in August! hee hee! I have all my long pants and sweaters (jumpers) ready to pack. Yikes! No sandals for two weeks?

I have to agree with you. I have always been a never weart a coat person. I mean I didn't even own one and I live in Massachusetts. People would constantly say I was crazy walking around in a sweatshirt and turtle neck, but I was never cold. Well, 76 pounds later I am always cold. I had to buy a winter coat this year, and gloves. I have to bundle up or I am feezing TigH I am so happy you said that about our bodies working harder to keep warm and burning more calories!!!! I could use a few more calorie burns

Oh No!!! I am a non coating wearing person too! (That's easier to get away with down here though. ) I don't wanna wear a coat!!!!!
