I agree. I don't see anything wrong with avoiding someone who's smell makes you ill.

I don't think the issue is avoiding him but more being over dramatic and then feeling the need to complain about it. I think everyone has encountered someone that has a bad smell like this, but most people would tend to feel concern or empthy for the person instead of going on about how the smell made them sick and complaining about it.
