It should be. It works great and it looks like "roller" type underarm deoderant. If you are concerned grab 2 and keep the receipt.

What is BodyGlide? I'm guessing something for blisters or other "chafing" problems? It works well? Where can I get it?

I read that Eastern Mountain Sports has it as well, if you have any of theose in your area. Also you can do a search and www.bodyglide.com and find it locally. A lot of my local running stores seem to have it. I am going out next week on my hunt for it.

OK... stupid question... you roll this stuff on your feet before socks go on and also the inner thigh area? Does it feel sticky or can you tell you have it on? Also, can I use this with crocs and no socks?

One stick will be enough.
You rub it on anything that might chafe...feet (especially heels and little toes) and thighs.

It is an anti chafing/anti blister item. It looks just like a stick of antiperspirant/deoderant. You glide it on any areas that are prone to rubbig/friction. It goes on just like stick deoderant- it isn't sticky or anything. I use it on my heels and toes- it is great!

Just bought mine! They offered 2 sizes, one was the size of a stick of deoderant (which I bought) and one was a mini - oh so cute! LOL Can't wait to try it out! Thanks to all of you for the info.
