Body For Lifers

doing so so on the eating. i mean im eating clean but, having troubles getting in 6 meals a day. trying to up the water intake also. today is day 4 so im sure ill get to where im doing the 6 small meals a day. i notice that now that im eating the 3 small meals and the recommended shakes that i do not have the fatting/sugary food cravings that i used to. i have had a headace all this week.(its my first week) i think it maybe due to the cutdown, more like cut off in yucky foods/soda im used to consuming. :)

how are you guys doing?
 
Eating wise I idid great today. Workout wise it's been 3 weeks. It's taking a lot longer to get my energy back from the flu than I thought it would. *sigh* I have totally blown the feb challenge and I had such high hopes. Saturday I have a date with the gym.

Yep, today is the day I'm feeling it! I'm putting off my workout...not a good sign! I was exhausted last night after just 3 days...send me some energy so I'll hit the weights today! pixiedust:

te2077 - I hope your headache goes away soon...that's encouraging to hear you don't have cravings like you used to. I had some bad ones yesterday but made it through... :crazy2:
 
jennz, don't put off your workout - get it done! You can do it. I have had many times where I literally have to drag myself to the gym, but I have never once regretted going afterwards.

Now, if I could just be a little more disciplined with my eating, I'd be golden... Why isn't ice cream on the approved foods list? :laughing:
 

I joined body for life yesterday. Wow! Some of those before and afters! I have knee problems so the only cardio I can do is in the pool, and no lower body training, but I still think I can do it. The lower body we are substituting with core stregthening. Good luck everyone! :yay:

How is everyone else doing? I am finally back up and going after the flu so hardcore BFL here I come!
 
I am so not doing...what is wrong with me? :confused3 It's like I need someone every day to ask me what time I plan to work out and what I plan to eat for the day...I did workout yesterday and will workout again tomorrow. Yes of course I've been busy but that's life - I need to get my workouts in!!
 
I'm with you jennz, I have been a BFL flunkie the past couple weeks. Free weekends instead of free days, etc. And we leave for a cruise on Saturday, which of course won't help matters any... But when I come back, I am starting a brand new 12 week cycle and I WILL stick with it!
