doing so so on the eating. i mean im eating clean but, having troubles getting in 6 meals a day. trying to up the water intake also. today is day 4 so im sure ill get to where im doing the 6 small meals a day. i notice that now that im eating the 3 small meals and the recommended shakes that i do not have the fatting/sugary food cravings that i used to. i have had a headace all this week.(its my first week) i think it maybe due to the cutdown, more like cut off in yucky foods/soda im used to consuming.

It's like I need someone every day to ask me what time I plan to work out and what I plan to eat for the day...I did workout yesterday and will workout again tomorrow. Yes of course I've been busy but that's life - I need to get my workouts in!!
