So one of the end tables are damaged. So the delivery guy is about to take all the tables he brought, but then I suggested that I keep the good end table. Not fully confident that the next delivery will be any better. He thinks thats a good idea and I am feeling lucky again. I mean I had to waste a vacation day but I am feeling lucky.I have one undamged end table.
He calls in the problem and says they(Bobs) will call me tomorrow and set up a new delivery date.
I wait 3 days to monday no one calls.
It is with great trepidation that I decide on the following monday morning to do what I was dreading and call Bobs 800 number. An hour later a cheery voice drags me away from the hold music/stict that is now indelibly droned into my head.
She seems very sincere and apolegetic, and asssured me if the computer system was functioning she would be wiping all my problems away.
Of course its not really working so there is nothing she can do. Except take my number down and make sure someone calls me tuesday.
I will just let you guess as to what happens tuesday, and head straidgt to wednseday morining with me on Hold. It was here that I think I tried to start talking to the Bobs voice that pops up intermitinly. It must have worked because I was only on hold for 20 minutes.
I finaaly get a cheery voice, they really do have cherry voice. I think Bob might be putting soemthing in the water.
Anyway she sounds cheery until she sounds sad for me. Yet she offers me a ray of hope. No solution as the system to set up delivewrier and review cases is down. I ask her if imobolized, lost, OPD might be better expresions for their system.
