Bobby Approved?

I follow him to just laugh at his advice. He is out to make money on everything he does. He is fun to watch in his Costco videos and everything else if you know that it is his opinion and he probably has a share in whatever he is backing or hawking. You are free to chose to follow his advice or not, but he is no different than snake oil hawkers in the past.

I have not tried his app but I used to watch some of his youtube videos back in the day. He really rubs me the wrong way though, and of course he just wants you to buy his products-he's a fraud and there's millions of them out there. One of my friends told me about the app Yuka-apparently you scan the barcode of food products and cosmetics, it tells you the positive and negative impacts of the ingredients.

isnt he like just about anyone else on social media. Doesnt have to be a fraud. He states something and its up to you to investigate and choose. Some of the items and things he discusses he is not wrong on. Most people get paid to push products. Havent used his app but i have watched some videos and some i agree and some i dont.

I don’t have his app. I used to watch his shows a few years ago. I thought he had good alternatives if you were trying to be healthy. Now, I feel like he is usually pushes his products, which are pretty pricey, so I have stopped watching.

I do use the Yuka app. It has helped me make better choices. I do like that it shows why they score something low. It drops my protein bars lower because the calories are high , but I’m ok with that since they have good ingredients. I also like that when something has a low score, it shows better options. It is hard to find good snacks with good ingredients.

No idea who he is but I NEVER download random apps to get someone's opinion about something. WAY too many frauds online and just about anyone can start an app or website and post all sorts of wild opinions about foods even if they have NO idea what they are talking about. Funny how eating a sensible/well-balanced diet has never gone out of style, but diet fads come/go. Being a 'paid advertiser' is what a lot of these people are, so whatever products they are pushing looks more like an ad than sound nutritional advice.

People who are mainly interested in making money off of their website/app are probably more concerned about how many 'followers' they have vs. providing sound/rational/accurate advice. Also have no idea what sort of education or background this person has to provide such information. You can waste a LOT of time researching people who pop-up online trying to decide if they are credible or not. I prefer to stick with known/reputable websites so I don't have to try figure out if they providing good/bad advice

I would never use anything by that fraud. He can't even keep his own rules consistent and he spreads dangerous misinformation.
He does??
Fraud... Are you thinking this is RFK Jr.?? lol

What products does he sell? (the app is free, & youtube is free)

Protein powders is classified as a supplement and tends to be loosely regulated products that imply health benefits not supported by the FDA. Anyone selling them will include this disclaimer that lets them get away with their claims.
