Boatwrights

On our next trip we are looking to do something more off the beaten path. Has anyone been to Boatwrights lately? We've ate there before but it's been five years or more, so the menu has changed quite a bit. The AYCE Chef's Platter was not on the menu the last time we were there. Has anyone had it and can comment on it?

We ate there a few months ago. We really enjoyed it. We had eaten there about 5 years ago, and it we didn't like it very much. We decided to give it another try, and we had a very good meal. We did not have the AYCE. That must of gotten passed us some how. I don't remember seeing an AYCE Chef's Platter, but I probably over looked it or I just don't remember having seen it.

We ate there two weeks ago and the food was genuinely great. It was packed so service was a little spotty. But the cornbread, crawfish bisque and shrimp & grits all had great flavor. Portions are a little small and prices are a little high but still worth a visit I would say if you’ll be over by POR.
