Boatwrights or Whispering Canyon Cafe

Deciding between the 2. Which do you prefer, and which would be better with a 6 year old?

Boatwrights was adequate at best for dinner when we went there. Breakfast was good. WCC would be more fun and better food.

We LOVE Whispering Canyon, kids seem to really enjoy it. The food is excellent, the atmosphere is LIVELY, perfect for kids, wait staff are awesome, you can't go wrong there. Good luck with your choice.

Boatwright's really does have a great breakfast. The blueberry pancakes are phenominal! Dinner there is ok. Def Whispering Canyon for Dinner.

I did not vote because I've not been to either. We are trying Boatwrights on the next trip because we are staying at POR and did not want the hassel of transportation to another resort our arrival day. I would take into account travel time.
