I've only done Boatwrights for breakfast, and really enjoyed it. Has anyone done Boatwrights for dinner? Is it good? We like the relaxed atmosphere there and thought it would be nice to have dinner there.

We had dinner there in March. It was very good. The selections offer a good choice for everyone. I had the prime rib and really enjoyed it and DH had pork chops.

Good choices here. We love their breakfast and they also have a good dinner.

We've eaten there a few times and really enjoyed the food....prices aren't bad either

boatwrights was our "sleeper" meal of our last trip... we expected to be decently fed... and instead we were totally WOWED!! it was the best meal of our vacation and quite a savings using the dining plan...

We really enjoyed our dinner here this past June. I had the 4-cheese ravioli, and dh had the prime rib. We both loved them, and our server was excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to go back. :flower:

We had dinner their this past November, and we really enjoyed it. Food was good, service was great, and it was the most relxing meal of our trip since it was in our hotel.

Boatwrights is a very good and relaxed restaurant. I had dinner there in Oct. and had a good meal. The staff was very friendly, my waitress suggested the pot roast and it was very good. We also had a good time in the River Roost Lounge after dinner.

Has anyone had the Jambalaya there? I've tempted, but we're staying at the Beach Club, and concerned about the time-consuming bus changes. Will it be worth it?

Hard to say if it will be worth it--and never had the Jambalaya. We found Boatwrights to be a nice, basic-fare sort of spot. But they do have Amber Bock on draft!! And draft beer is a precious thing at beer-challanged WDW hotel restaurants.

to keep my ressie at Boma. I just wasnt up to the whole go to a park, change busses and go to AKL. So we walked over to boatwrights from POFQ and had a really great meal! We both had the prime rib and it was really good!

I enjoyed a decent dinner there. I would eat there again, but only if I was staying at POR or POFQ. I do not think it is worth a drive.

We went with another family before MVMCP on 12/20. Thoroughly enjoyed it - some of the best food we've had at WDW
