Boats between MK resorts

Does anyone know how late the launches run between the resorts on bay lake and seven seas lagoon? Does what time MK close effect these at all?

I'm planning on using them to do some resort hopping for dinners and the HDDR, please tell me I won't have to get home via the bus!

If I remember right, the boat times are usually up to an hour after that park closes. We used the boats at WL all the time. I checked on Disney.com, but they don't have any times posted.
