Boatright's Sweet Potato Pancakes for breakfast!

And they were delicious! DH kiddingly asked if, since they tasted so authentic, we could save our money and not go to WDW any more. They did give me a "taste" of being at WDW. I LOVE those pancakes!

They are so good. We have to get them at least once on every trip. I also have the recipe that they gave us at the restaurant. Someday I will have to make them.

I don't have the recipe handy, but it's on Deb Will's site, under "Resturants" "WDW Recipe's". I'll bring my recipe box to the computer roon later, post if you can't find it.

Mmmmmm, the best pancakes ever!! I have the recipe but have not yet made them at home. It's available at www.allearsnet.com in the Dining section - scroll down the left until you see "Recipes."

I'll probably be trying that recipe soon: yesterday I had to cancel my Boatwright's breakfast for our last day to give us extra time to get to the airport.
