May sound like a crazy question, but are the boathouse and Fulton's two different restaurants?

Fulton's is closed and will reopen with the new name of "Paddlefish." Still 2 different restaurants.

From what I've read The Boathouse has much better reviews too. We always eat at Fulton's, and have always had good experiences, so I was sad that it is closed for our Sept/Oct trip. I thought The Boathouse would be a good substitute and to my surprise the reviews are even better so I'm looking forward to it.
