Boathouse Weekend Dinner

The Disney ADR and OpenTable are both "no go" for our Disney weekend. Just need a table for 2. Is there any hope for a walk-up? Or, should I cross my fingers for a cancellation of ADR as we get closer? Still have 2 weeks to go until we're there.

I would keep trying both. Especially since people do cancel so as not to pay the $10 pp cancellation fee.
If unable you could try calling day of (unlike Disney owned restaurants you can directly call them) and see if they can shoe horn you in.
I've actually called T Rex day before directly and Planet Hollywood and been able to get in. Both were party of 4.
